When you use the SmartPharma360™ platform as an authorised user, we process the operational data your organisation enters — customers, orders, inventory, credit positions, payments and related records.
How we use it
Demonstration requests are used solely to contact you about a product demonstration and to prepare a walkthrough relevant to your business. We do not sell, rent or share these details with third parties for marketing.
Platform data is processed to deliver the service to the distributor that owns it, including ordering, credit decisions, payment reconciliation, fulfilment and reporting.
Storage and access
Website demonstration requests are stored in a private database table that is not publicly readable. Access is restricted to authorised SmartPharma360™ administrators through role-based access controls.
