These terms govern use of the SmartPharma360™ website, including demonstration requests. Use of the platform itself is governed by the written agreement between SmartPharma360™ and the distributor operating the deployment.
Website content
Interface previews, sample dashboards and the WhatsApp ordering demonstration shown on this website use illustrative data. They describe how the platform is designed to work and are not a guarantee of specific commercial results.
The demonstration on this site is not connected to live WhatsApp or M-PESA credentials and cannot create real orders or payments.
Demonstration requests
By submitting a demonstration request you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to request contact on behalf of your organisation. We will use those details only to arrange and prepare the demonstration.
Platform access
Access to the platform is restricted to authorised users of a licensed distributor. Accounts, roles and permissions are issued by that distributor's administrators. Users must keep credentials confidential and use the platform in line with applicable pharmaceutical distribution regulations.
Intellectual property
SmartPharma360™, the platform, its interfaces and the content of this website remain the property of their respective owners. No licence is granted other than the right to view this website.
